Renewal Noted SMS Program Terms of Service

Program description

The Renewal Noted SMS Program supports insurance renewal planning. Subscribers can receive SMS renewal planning tips, policy preparation reminders, featured renewal resources, and selected account updates about topics such as renewal preparation, policy review timing, coverage documentation, household insurance calendars, deductible reviews, and renewal terminology. Renewal Noted is not an insurance company or agent, and the program does not include quotes, sales, or agent outreach.

Message categories

The program is limited to the following categories. Each requires its own separate consent.

• Account Notifications: Opt-in confirmations, user-scheduled reminder updates, requested checklist delivery, SMS preference changes, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests. Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing: Renewal preparation resources, seasonal renewal reminders, featured planning checklists, and announcements about new guides and tools. Frequency: Generally up to 4 messages per month.

Opt-in method

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on our subscribe page or home page form. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of the website.

First message

Your first message identifies Renewal Noted and confirms the category you selected. Examples:

Marketing messages: up to 4 msgs/month. Account notifications: frequency varies based on your requests and the reminders you schedule.

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again: "Renewal Noted: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to rejoin."

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. The program is available in the United States.
